My company is acquiring a company that already uses Office 365, and actively using Skype with it. We are running Exchange 2010 sp3 in house so we cannot upgrade to Skype 2015 without upgrading Exchange (which is not in the discussion). My thought has been to run in hybrid and put my boxes in Office 365 and run my emails through office 365 for our staff. But I'm required to keep exchange onsite because of a web application that is processing thousands of email daily. (legal of course).
Any other thoughts than running in a hybrid mode on getting this solution in place?
