I have Office 365 and Exchange was connected just fine when I was using Outlook 2013, but it updated to 2016 and it now will not connect to Exchange 2010.
I did some research and found out that I needed to publish autodiscover and have it point back to the server, which I did. I ran a test on testconnectivity.microsoft.com and it came back successful but I still cannot use the auto-setup function in Outlook to configure the account.
Now, I WILL say that our external email is hosted at an ISP, but that shouldn't matter when Outlook is looking at autodiscover.mydomain.com and its pointing to my Exchange server, correct?
Any help would be great. I'm really stumped with this one.
