Current: Exchange 2010 SP2 RU8 on Windows 2008 R2 Ent
Testing the SP3 upgrade process in our test environment, and consistently running into the following situation
I have staged the SP3 install folder, and copied the Exchange2010-KB3096066-x64-en.msp file for RU12 into the updates folder
When I run setup.com /mode:upgrade, setup seems to proceed until it fails during the file copy stage.

My troubleshooting:
1. If I take the RU12 MSP file out of the Updates folder, SP3 upgrade completes successfully. The RU12 update when run on its own also completes successfully. This should rule out any issues with the install files of the SP and the RU
2. To perform the upgrade, I am running setup.com /mode:upgrade from an Administrative command prompt
3. I ran Get-ExecutionPolicy -List, all show as Undefined except for LocalMachine which is RemoteSigned
4. I've encountered this issue on every server in the Test encounter that I tried it on. Our Exchange servers are all built and configured the same via command line configuration
What other causes are there for why Setup bombs when the RU12 MSP is in the Updates folder?
