Exchange 2013 POP3 logon failed

Need help 

Change and test Excange 2013 POP3 Logon method from Integrated Windows authentication (Plain text ) to Security TLS connection, the outlook 2010 success connected to server with SSL connection, but after change Logon method from Security TLS connection back to Integrated Windows authentication (Plain text ), the outlook cannot logon to server.
