I've seen many similar articles but haven't found the one that matches my situation.
I've checked all my web services URLs on 2010 and 2007, made sure they resolve DNS properly, confirmed certs are good...
I move a mailbox from 2007 to 2010, open Outlook, it shows disconnected, but Outlook opens.
I took profile out of cached mode and restarted Outlook - new error: Cannot open your default folders. Microsoft Exchange is currently busy, if this message is still displayed in 30 minutes, contact your administrator (press OK and Outlook closes)
-I shutdown Outlook, delete the .ost file, no help...same error.
I create a new profile and it automatically creates the new profile with no issues (auto discovers and fills out everything), launch the new profile and everything works.
I have ran test-email auto-config on the broken profile and the working profile. They both log the same behavior:
I see it trying to go to 2007 auto-discover URL and failed with 0x800c8204, then it tries the 2010 autodiscover URL and works nicely.
I MANUALLY navigate to the Exchange 2007 autodiscover URL from the client and it brings up the XML page no issues.
What can it be? I'm lost....
