Exchange 2010 setup /prepareAD fails to create exchange organization
setup /prepareschema runned successful.
running on 2008 R2 server, all fsmo roles holder. all AD replications are good
only "configuration - services - microsoft exchange" container created (new container, seen through the adsiedit).
tried exchange 2010RTM, then tried 2010SP3
