Hello:
Performing an Exchange 2003 to Office 365 cutover migration. I have done these before, but this issue I cannot seem to resolve and it's keeping me from migrating the accounts.
I run the Remote Connectivity Analyzer and I get the error stated below:
Attempting to ping RPC endpoint 6001 (Exchange Information Store) on server mail02.x.com.
The attempt to ping the endpoint failed.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it
Additional Details
The RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE error (0x6ba) was thrown by the RPC Runtime process
The link to resolve the issue is pretty useless. I searched and found articles on registry changes RPC to ensure the ports are open, etc - did all this and still won't resolve. There are zero event log errors, I assume it has to do with RPC talking to Exchange, but am unsure.
