We have a new installation of Exchange 2013 on top of Windows 2012.
From outside all works fine, mobile phones with activesync, owa, public folders, no problems at all. Inside of the network all works fine besides public folders. Outlook auto-configures fine and email and calendars work great including sharing.
The public folder (that according to Microsoft is now on the same database) cannot be open. If we add a favorite public folder using owa it then shows on the favorites under outlook but will not show any posts added using owa !??. It always says the server is not available but outlook tests don't show any problem. I've performed lengthy research about this issue and is consuming my time. Never had this issue with any previous versions.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue? I know there are other technicians suffering the same nightmare.....
