Exchange 2010 issue

Hello

I have 4 Exchange servers 2010

2 Node as CAS servers: There are WNLB configured

2 nodes as MBX: There are DAG configured

all servers on physical servers

I need to replace all NIC on all Exchange servers cas &mbx

what is the steps and considerations .
