Trouble using -RecipientFilter

Hello! :-)

I've just started learning and using Exchange 2010, I'm reading and searching a lot of stuff but I'm experiencing a trouble with -RecipientFilter option.

My company needs an AddressList that is able to show any contact that contains, for example, the 'REPRESENTATIVE' value in any CustomAtribute (from 4 to 14) or in StateOrProvince Field (I didn't chose it, I've been told to do it like this).

For example:

Contact 1: Department: 'REPRESENTATIVE'

Contact 2: Department: 'SALES', CustomAttribute5 'REPRESENTATIVE'

Contact 3: Department: 'Call Center', CustomAttribute11 'REPRESENTATIVE'

The three contacts should appear  inside the AddressList,

I'm setting the AddressList using the following command:

Set-AddressList "Franquiciados" -RecipientFilter  "{(RecipientType -eq 'MailContact') -and (CustomAttribute4 -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE') -or (CustomAttribute5 -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE') -or (CustomAttribute6 -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE) -or (CustomAttribute7 -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE') .... -or (CustomAttribute14 -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE') -or (StateOrProvince  -eq 'REPRESENTATIVE')}"

But it doesn't work....

Any suggestion? I'm not sure if I'm using the correct syntax because the AddresList doesn't show any contact.

Could you help me please?

Thanks in advance.
