Mail delivery failure in Mail enabled public folder

We have a mail enabled public folder in Exchange 2010 SP3. When sending emails to this public folder users are getting NDR

smtp;554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ObjectNotFoundException.MapiExceptionNotFound.Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot complete delivery-time processing

Can someone suggest what could be the issue ??
