Just a heads up if you get an error installing Exchange 2010 SP3 Rollup 1
I had this issue with previous Exchange rollups and find the easiest solution is to -
- Copy the rollup to a local path (e.g. c:\ru)
- Run an elevated command prompt
- Change to the local path
- Run Exchange2010-KB2803727-x64-en.msp
