Dear Experts,
We have a user where she is not getting the DL created one month back in outlook Address book. Following things we did to troubleshoot it.
Outlook 2010
Exchange 2007
1. Outlook was in cached mode, we put in online mode & checked not showing the DL
2. In OWA for the same users DL shows up
3. Created entire new Winodws Profile + Outlook Profile same result - Not Showing the DL
4. Updated "Full Details" address book, same result.
5. In online mode if you type the name of DL and say Ctrl+K the following error appears "(No Suggestions)"
How to troubleshoot it?
In the above the red marked area are showing blank but we do have DLs in there......
