My workmates and I have been all over the internet, and we seem to be hard pressed to find any tool/method of converting email from a user that is using a Mac running Entourage to an Outlook PST file.
We simply want to take the email from these Entourage users and convert it in a way that Outlook can read and manipulate it while keeping the formatting and attachments intact. These users are moving from a Mac to a PC based environment.
I am starting to think there is some conspiracy against posting information about migrating from a Mac to a PC. 
I really do not understand how I can find so much information on moving emails from Outlook to Entourage, but not from Entourage to Outlook. This website (www.microsoft.com) has zero information on this process. Is this such an obscure situation?
If anyone reading this can assist me in this I will be very grateful.
