We have a mixed EX environment with 2003 and 2010. On the 2010 we have started to migrate users to it. I noticed the below warning that I am unclear on. I have seen http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/75fc3949-f32c-451f-9c61-b18f1186504b/ and I think that the CNF mean conflict. But will removing the systemmailbox with the CNF in it break our 2003 server? Will it stop us from migrating for later removing EX2003?
The mailbox GUID of an external system mailbox ('Mailbox - SystemMailbox{852a5ba2-b25f-47eb-84b7-493ed8012857}') does not match the information in the Active Directory for the mailbox. The existing GUID ('9830e4aa-2054-4753-b463-dee9c70f9439: /o=domain/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=SystemMailbox{852a5ba2-b25f-47eb-84b7-493ed8012857}') has been replaced with the expected GUID ('feba1dc2-7cfb-461a-8374-354c440baf47: /o=domain/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=SystemMailbox{852a5ba2-b25f-47eb-84b7-493ed8012857}').
